In Good Cheer 2026

In Good Cheer: An Autumn Soirée

Celebrate Our Progress. Invest in What Comes Next.

Join Michigan Fertility Alliance Advocates for In Good Cheer on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Chicane in Plymouth, Michigan—an evening celebrating the people, progress, and advocacy helping make Michigan a better place to build a family.

We've accomplished something extraordinary together. Now, we're looking ahead.

In Good Cheer is MFAA's signature fundraiser, raising critical funds to protect and advance access to fertility care and family building as we prepare for the 2027 legislative session and the work ahead.

Guests will enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres, canapés, charcuterie and dips, small-bite desserts, and spirits from Iron Fish Distillery, including a private tasting with an Iron Fish mixologist. The evening will also feature a curated silent auction, special recognition, and plenty of time to connect with fellow advocates, partners, and supporters.

The evening is casually elegant and designed for mingling, with high-top and limited table seating.

Each ticket includes food, one drink ticket, and a spirit flight tasting.

Why In Good Cheer Matters

Michigan families have already seen what is possible when people come together and fight for change.

MFAA helped lead the historic effort to pass the Michigan Family Protection Act, transforming Michigan's surrogacy and parentage laws and creating critical protections for families formed through assisted reproduction.

But our work didn't end with one legislative victory.

Today, we are fighting to expand access to evidence-based fertility care, including IVF and IUI, protect assisted reproduction and surrogacy, defend the legal protections Michigan families have gained, and ensure the voices of patients and families are heard when policy decisions are made.

The funds raised through In Good Cheer directly support the advocacy infrastructure necessary to do this work.

Who We Are

Michigan Fertility Alliance Advocates (MFAA) is a grassroots, patient- and family-led 501(c)(4) advocacy organization fighting to protect and advance access to fertility care and family building in Michigan.

We bring together people with lived experience, medical professionals, legal and policy experts, advocates, and partners to advance smart, evidence-based, pro-family policy.

We changed Michigan law. Now we're working to protect what we've won—and fight for what families still need.
